About STEM Supper Club
My name is Sarah and I’m a Scientist but like many busy parents I sometimes struggle to find the time and energy, let alone the right stuff, to do STEM activities with my kids. That is why I started Science Supper Club. Here I share some of the demos we use at our events and pair them with a simple supper that use at least one of the same ingredients. - Planets and Pancakes – beautiful patterns using milk, food colouring and washing-up liquid then use the milk with some eggs and flour to make yummy pancakes (June 2019)
- Pizza and Lava Cups – easy pizza using flour, salt and oil and then fun making lava lamp cups with salt and oil (July 2019)
